![]() For this intensive four days of planning to work best, we need your ideas and your personal involvement. Come in person. Send a friend to represent you. Or just keep in touch with the process on this website. Over the course of the four days, there are some 13 hours for direct citizen participation. The only reason the studio will be closed to visitors is when the designers and coding specialists are working feverishly to produce reports for the next public presentation. There are plenty of opportunities to engage, express yourself, and learn from others. If you have time for just one event, make it the closing presentation on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 6:30 p.m. At that wrap-up session, you’ll get the results of the previous three days of work. If you can spare another night, come also to the Wednesday-night “pin-up” where you’ll get a work-in-progress report and be able to critique the efforts of the consulting team. Interested in special topics such as real estate development or neighborhood-focused issues? Then come to those meetings on Tuesday during the day. Then follow up with attendance at the Wednesday “pin-up” and Thursday closing presentation to see how ideas from the topic meetings evolve. Here’s how the sessions break down: Opening Presentation Topic Meetings Studio Open House Hours Pin-Up and Community Input Final Presentation Need location information? Click here. |
